Can we stay with a pet?
Pets are allowed in most of our residences (with extra).
Please indicate the presence of your pet on your booking form.
The number is limited to 1 animal max. per accommodation (an anti-rabic certificate will be requested).

Mooring-Ring
Is it possible to rent a mooring-ring for my boat?
Only the residence Carre Marine proposes the rental of a mooring-ring.
Price: 20€ / day (June-July-August-September)

How to cancel a booking?

Arrival and Departure.
How late can we take possession of the accommodation?
Please program your arrival between 5 pm and 7 pm in July / August, and between 4 pm and 6 pm for all other periods.
In case of late arrival, please inform the reception of your residence!
The departure should be programmed at latest at 10 am. (Please take an appointment with the reception 48 hours before your departure)

Booking form
Where can I find the booking form?
You can find the booking form in the price table brochure, or download it on our website.
To make your reservation, please send us back the booking form with a deposit of 25% of the total amount by check / CB / transfer (or the total amount if your arrival is programmed within less than 30 days).
As soon as we receive your booking form with your deposit, you will receive a confirmation of your booking.
Voucher
What document do I need to provide when I arrive?
When you send us the balance of your stay (1 month before your arrival), we acknowledge receipt of your payment and we send you back a confirmation of your stay with a “voucher” which you need to provide when you arrive.
I made a last minute booking, so I think I won’t receive my voucher in time before I leave. How to obtain my keys at my arrival?

If ever you arrive without these forms, we request an identity card and your reservation number to check your booking in our files.
Clients who have booked via a travel agency or a tour operator will always have to provide the voucher of their agency or tour operator.
Maximum capacity of the accommodation
Can we exceed the maximum number of persons permitted in the accommodation?
Our accommodation is conceived for a certain number of persons.
We ask you to respect the number of people noted in the description of the accommodation you wish to occupy.
It is strictly forbidden to exceed the capacity, your booking will be cancelled in case of transgressing this rule.
We remind you that babies and children are considered as persons, and make entirely part of the maximal capacity that must be respected. No supplementary person will be accepted.
Credit card
When I made my booking, I gave my credit card details. This information is stored or secured?
Coralia doesn’t keep your credit card details without your agreement.
All the information used during your payment is secured by the S.S.L encoding system.
Credit cards accepted by Coralia are: Visa, Master and Euro card.
(We do not accept American Express, Diner and Maestro).

At your arrival we ask you for a deposit of 300€ by check or by credit card (No cash).
Credit cards accepted by Coralia are: Visa, Master and Euro card.

At your arrival you are requested to check the inventory and give us back the form undersigned within 24h.
The deposit will be destroyed within 8 days after your departure and after checking the accommodation.
Any eventual damage or uncleanness will be deducted from your deposit.

All our accommodations correspond to a standard type.
You can find the description of each standard type in the section “residence” of the chosen destination and in our price table brochure.
All the accommodations belong to private owners, therefore some can be slightly different from the standard accommodation.

The cleaning is always payable in case of departure outside the opening hours or when the accommodation is not clean.

If you do not have a parking place, we will indicate you the public parking nearby the residence.
Is the car park closed and watched?
The car parks are closed by a simple barrier or an electric gate and they are not watched.
We advise you to leave no any valuables in your car.
Coralia cannot be held for responsible in case of damage or burglary.
Extra parking place
We have two cars; can we have an extra parking place in the residence?
In most of our residences we guarantee one parking place per accommodation.
We give you the parking place at your arrival.
It is not possible to give you a second parking place in the residence.
The second car should be parked on a public parking outside the residence.
If you do not have a parking place, we will indicate you the public parking next the residence.
The parking is not guaranteed in the residence La Baie des Anges and Savanna Beach/ Les Terrasses de Savanna.
Watched parking
Is the car park closed and watched?
The car parks are closed by a simple barrier or an electric gate and they are not watched.
We advise you to leave no any valuables in your car.
Coralia cannot be held for responsible in case of damage or burglary.

If there are more swimming pools in the residence, will I have access to all the swimming pools?
In the residences with several buildings and several swimming pools, you have only access to the swimming pool of your building.
The swimming pool is heated?
Only the residence Palmyra Golf in the Cap d'Agde has a heated, and semi-covered pool.
The residence Port Minervois / Les Hauts du Lac has a heated pool according to the weather conditions.

The TV is not included in the price on the following residences:
Savanna Beach/Les Terrasses de Savanna, Samaria Village/Hacienda Beach and la Baie des Anges au Cap d’Agde
If you do not want to rent a TV, you can bring your own.

Do Coralia propose means of transport?
Coralia doesn’t propose any means of transport.
On our website in the section "discover" of your destination, you will find in the “practical information" the information which can be useful if you want to come by train, by plane, or if you want to rent a car.
